| Özet | In the Balkans that is under the government of the Ottomans since the XIV century, cultural centres were created. The cities such as Yannitsa, Skopje, Bosnia, Bitola, Plovdiv, Serres, Sofia, Belgrade became cultural centres and 803 Divan poets were raised. Some of these poets migrated to Anatolia for different reasons. As a result of the research conducted taking into consideration the birth and death places of the poets, where they were educated, their Professional status and where they worked, it is possible to say that they were in interaction with the poets in Anatolia.
